It has been a while since we last released a Beta of AIM for Mac. Actually, it was almost two months ago. We have been working on our next Beta and it should be out in the next few weeks. We fixed a few bugs and made some enhancements that you will like.
Thanks to all of our loyal users who have provided their valuable feedback to us. We have been reading all of your comments, and while we cannot respond directly to everyone, we are working hard to address your issues and suggestions.
Please stay tuned for this next Beta release by checking in at AOL Beta regularly.

Welcome to the Mac@AOL Blog. My name is Lee Givens and I'm the Product Lead for the Mac and iPhone products at AOL. You can find the latest information on AOL's software development on the Mac and any cool happenings at AOL. The purpose of the blog is to create a feedback loop so we can hear from our loyal AOL Mac users. Managing a blog is a lot of work, so I enlisted support from the whole team...the Mac team is made up of dedicated Macintosh developers, QA engineers and Product folks.

4. I installed Mac OSX LION two days ago. I can sporadically get on AOL Desktop which i've used for some time before the change to Mac OS 10.7. I visited the Genius Bar at the SoHo Apple Store and was advised to re-install AOL Desktop. I still encounter the same problems where I am VERY FREQUENTLY being dumped. I cannot switch accounts to my wife's at without consistently getting dumped. WHAT TO DO??
