We packed our bags and headed out to sunny San Francisco for the annual Apple Worldwide Developer's Conference. WWDC '08 is getting more attention than most developer conferences and the iPhone SDK is generating a lot of buzz.
You can check out AOL at the March 6th iPhone SDK announcement in Cupertino.

AOL Mac Product Lead
Welcome to the Mac@AOL Blog. My name is Lee Givens and I'm the Product Lead for the Mac and iPhone products at AOL. You can find the latest information on AOL's software development on the Mac and any cool happenings at AOL. The purpose of the blog is to create a feedback loop so we can hear from our loyal AOL Mac users. Managing a blog is a lot of work, so I enlisted support from the whole team...the Mac team is made up of dedicated Macintosh developers, QA engineers and Product folks.

2. Some users have experienced mail display issues, where mail listing may be jumbled or your mail header (e.g., To:, From:, Subject:) may not be updated with the current mail message you're viewing. We have our mail team working around the clock to address this issue.
I am having a real problem with this...when I open an email it does has the text from another e-mail...I lost a very important message this morning with a very important attachment. Is there any way to retrieve it?

3. Where is automatic spellcheck....although Help says it is part of Mail preferences, it is not there. I can't send e-mail without automatic spell check...a serious issue!

4. I spoke to AOL lat night re: automatic spellcheck. There is a convoluted way to spellcheck e-mails but it is definitely inefficient, and definitely not automatic. Why is it that g-mail and others are able to do this? Why is that classic AOL had this feature and the new expanded AOL does not?
