3. Whenever I try to get online through aol, a notice drops down informing me that the beta 16 version is now available and that I have beta 12. I have downloaded this new version each time I've gone online but the drop down keeps occurring. How can I avoid this nuisance every time I try to get online?

4. I can't add any of my other screen names. How can I do this?

5. I get Error message 800 when I try to import my Favorites from the Classic AOL to the new version.
